Agreement

By using Film Sites by dpop, you agree to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Services

Film Sites by dpop provides website hosting and related services for film marketing and distribution. Our services include website templates, DRM-protected video hosting, showtimes aggregation, and email notification tools.

Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your plan selection.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused service time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to your film site, including but not limited to: film footage, trailers, stills, press materials, and written content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

DRM and Content Protection

Our DRM services utilize Widevine, FairPlay, and PlayReady technologies to protect your content. While we implement industry-standard protection, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that protected content will never be captured or redistributed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to distribute
• Distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures or access restrictions
• Interfere with the operation of our services or other users' access
• Use our services for spam, phishing, or other malicious activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Supabase (data storage), and Eluvio (DRM infrastructure). Your use of our services is also subject to the terms of these providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPOP Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DPOP Studios LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York, New York.
